I think it is very brilliant or a professional...now it could be any field of expertise that individual be specialized in..important thing is that he reads/understand your needs/wants and without saying more word he identifies things and filters according to your needs then I consider that individual as smart and very skilled. And even more to add this is when the person is honest and always has good intense when he/ she bring you an offer. Mr Eric Beacraft is one of those rare individual that acquire all those skills. It was truely a great pleasure to work with him. He knows to build relations along with business client relationships and that is a great benefit that he has by his side. If I have to say my overall experience on entire home buying process the it would be 9/10. We were very dissatisfied in beginning when we started out search but after we went to Bridleton couple times and in our second visit we met Eric, I felt very relaxed and coming out of that visit I felt very positive. And the reason for my positive feeling was that I got very clear understanding of what I was buying. It was as clear as I could evaluate a business before buying it.
